About three weeks ago I sent a
patch to the PHP developers mailing list. Until today nobody bothered to reply and so I finally decided to send it again. But then I wondered if submitting a bug report instead would be more successful. And it actually was: Less than two hours after having filed the report, the patch was applied and the bug was closed. That's pretty much better than waiting three weeks without a sign of notice, isn't it? :-)
