Generally, a Master works equivalent to full time (or more) on free software.
While not necessarily the equivalent of full time, a Journeyer spends a significant amount of time on free software.
Both of these quotes seem to be written during the dotcom hype, since the number of people working on Open Source full time has decreased dramatically from what I can tell. Maybe this should be updated?
On a related note, I'm currently digging into different certification systems for a top-secret project. Anyways, I don't seem to be in the mood for that at the moment.
